South Kitsap Fire & Rescue strives to be an active participant in community events, and to serve as an education and prevention resource for our citizens.
If you would like South Kitsap Fire and Rescue to consider attending your event, please read through the criteria and complete the form.
  • Event requests need to be made a minimum of three weeks and a maximum of three months in advance of your event.
  • Events will be vetted and scheduled on a first come first serve basis with the resources available that day and time. No more than 2 events will be schedule on any day.
  • Requests must be for the purpose of fire safety education, public safety awareness, or any topic in question 12. 
  • Length of stay at an event is a maximum of three hours but may be extended depending on availability for staffing.
  • If requesting a Touch-a-Truck, in almost all cases, the crew attending will remain “in service”.  Emergency response calls may result in the inability to adhere to the scheduled time (arrive late, leave prematurely, or not show) without notice to the event staff. Efforts will be made to contact the person in charge to make aware of the unexpected change.
