Community Event Request Form

South Kitsap Fire and Rescue (SKFR) offers community risk reduction and educational engagement opportunities through local community events with the focus on promoting fire safety, prevention, and public education/awareness. Please complete the form below to request SKFR at your commmunity event.
 
Community Event Requirements
  • Booking requests must be made at least 3 weeks and up to 3 months in advance
  • SKFR’s attendance is limited to 3-hours max, but may be extended based on availability
  • The event purpose should align with fire safety, prevention, or public education/awareness.
  • If requesting a Touch-a-Truck event, in almost all cases, the crew attending will remain “in service”. Meaning that emergency response calls may result in the inability to adhere to the scheduled time (arrive late, leave prematurely, or not show) without notice to the event staff. Efforts will be made to contact the person in charge to make aware of the unexpected change.
