Hands Only CPR empowers people to take immediate action and potentially save a life before professional help arrives. This course offers practical training that teaches participants how to respond quickly and confidently when someone experiences sudden cardiac arrest. Unlike traditional CPR courses, it focuses only on chest compressions and does not include rescue breaths, making it simple to learn and easy to remember.
